Tim embarked on his journey in 2010, commencing a four-year bachelor’s degree program in International Tourism Management.

Subsequently, he joined CRS Tours Costa Rica, an incoming tour operator focusing on individual and group travel, offering tailor-made packages. Tim was responsible for planning and organizing tailored Costa Rica vacations, Sales, and Social Media Marketing.

From 2014 to 2020, Tim worked for Lufthansa German Airlines as a Flight Attendant. During this period, he provided exceptional in-flight service and gained invaluable insights into the global tourism industry through visits to numerous countries.

In 2020, Tim took the entrepreneurial path, founding his first company, Tim Kroeger Media LLC.
